Vine tending techniques: we use eco-friendly methods, we try to keep treatments down to a minimum, using the weather as our guide and we have completely stopped the use of mineral fertilisers
Vinification: Pressing, racking. Alcoholic fermentation in barrels with no further racking and regular stirring up of the lees. Malo-lactic fermentation is also in the barrels; indigenous yeasts
Production: 3 000 bottles
Style: From the straw yellow robe of this wine come subtle and refined oaky aromas. The mouthfeel is full, refined and elegant, giving all the characteristics of a great Chardonnay
Cellaring: 5-6 years, to make the most of its youthful personality
